rehash script not working when migrating from plain cyrus installation to "hashimapspool: yes" & "fulldirhash: yes"

Hi all,

within the Kolab project we verified that the rehash script doesn't
allow the migration from a plain cyrus db to the one with implemented
"hashimapspool: yes" & "fulldirhash: yes" .

We are using Cyrus 2.2.12 from OpenPKG.
