sieve imapflags extension and hasflag

Hi

As far as I can see that current revision of the imapflags specification 
is version 5, but cyrus imapd seems to implement an older version that
doesn't include the hasflag test.

Is it possible to test for flags using the version of the imapflags
extension in cyrus imapd 2.3.7? If not - is anyone working on upgrading
the cyrus implementation to the latest draf? If not, I could take a stab
at that, but I want to avoid duplicating the effort..
