Log Message:
Use compression if sync_compress is set

Adds support for COMPRESS DEFLATE command to sync_server.

Adds a configuration option "sync_compress" and uses it
in sync_client to sent COMPRESS DEFLATE to the server
and enable compression if the server agrees.

Adds a '-z' flag to sync_client to force compression.
