Cyrus IMAP 2.3.20 released

The Cyrus team is proud to announce the immediate availability of a new
version of Cyrus IMAP: 2.3.20.

This is a bug fix release for the old 2.3 series.  It should not be used
for new Cyrus installations, but may be useful to administrators who are
not yet able to migrate to 3.0.
