Cyrus IMAP 2.4.15 released

We are pleased to announce the release of Cyrus IMAP 2.4.15.

This is a stable release in the 2.4.x series. It contains some critical 
bugfixes including #3651 (64 bit dirhash breaks existing systems) and #3664 
(Sieve breaks if username contains a . (dot) character).
