[breakingapi] Raw survey results available

You may recall that last fall we did a survey of practices and values
regarding breaking changes in software ecosystems (
http://breakingapis.org/survey/).  We'd like to announce that the raw data
from that survey is now available at:

   https://doi.org/10.1184/R1/5108716

A few fields have been omitted and categories merged to make sure the data
is completely anonymous.  The data encompasses values, breaking change
practices, motivations, demographics, and perceptions of the health of the
ecosystems from more than 2000 developers in 18 ecosystems.
