 Hello Ballroom Friends,

Hi we are approaching the end of summer so make the most out of these last
practices! Please take note that Dmitry’s lessons are back on this week on
Wednesday! Happy Dancing!

News

Summer Lessons:

Dmitry’s Lessons are back on for this week starting with Samba and Rumba! Each
lesson will cost $130 divided by the number of people attending

Reminders

Summer Lessons:

Christine is continuing standard lessons this week, each lesson will cost
$90 divided by the number of people attending.

After Christine’s lessons on Monday we will be holding Standard and Smooth
rounds.

The following classes run all month long

$15 per class or $55 for 4 classes

Tuesdays 6:30: Lindy Hop (8 count Swing, the original Swing dance) all
levels

Tuesdays 7:30: Hustle and Salsa intermediate


The following classes are starting on or after July 11

$15 per class or $40 for 3 classes

No classes on July 4-7 due to the holiday.

Thurs 6:30pm: HOW TO GROOVE: Dancing without a partner to any music. all
levels

Saturdays 3pm: Samba: bouncing, rocking, and rolling movements all levels

Saturdays 4pm: Tango intermediate

Sundays 2pm: Cuban Bolero (A.k.a American Rumba) beginner level

Sundays 3pm: Waltz & Foxtrot beginner level



Resources

Payments:

During the Summer, all payments must be coordinated through coaches.
However, if you still owe us money from the Spring semester, students owe
$40, non-students owe $90 (unless you start the week of Spring Break or
later, then it is half off). This one-time payment covers all lessons
through the end of Spring. We accept cash or check, paid at the front
table. If you want to pay online/by card, please follow these instructions

Our resident videographer, Eric, records and posts videos of rounds at

this website regularly, so you can always check back here for more rounds

The slack channel is a groupchat where we talk all things ballroom. Ex:
coordinating groups for dance outings, finding people to practice with for
