[CMUBDC] Soliciting Feedback: Latin Coach Review

[CMU Ballroom Dance Club]

Hi everyone,

This is a reminder to fill out the anonymous feedback form here
<https://forms.gle/gcL4BPYJyz16PfMa8> by *May 7*, regarding Rozana
Sweeney's performance as our coach and her interactions with our club and
team.

Please fill out the form regardless of whether you have a strong positive
or negative opinion. We are hoping to get feedback from all current and
past members of the club. Please also spread the word to other members of
our community about this form to encourage maximum participation in this
process.
