Please read the following carefully if you're interested in taking lessons this upcoming semester: Spring lessons will follow a similar format to those offered in the fall with a few changes to note. All lessons will be 45 minutes long, including beginner lessons. Social lessons (bachata and salsa) will start 15 minutes later than last semester at 9:45 PM. As during the Fall, Mondays will be International Standard (+Intermediate Bachata), and Wednesdays will be Latin (+Intermediate Salsa). Here is the planned lessons schedule: 6:15 PM - Gold/Intermediate 3 7:15 PM - Intermediate 2/1 8:15 PM - (Professionally Taught) Beginner 9:45 PM - Intermediate Bachata / Intermediate Salsa Christine and Rozana, our standard and latin instructors, recommend staying at the same level you were in last semester. Adam, our bachata and salsa instructor, will be focusing on solo moves like shines. Lessons will be conducted over Zoom, and Zoom links will be sent out in the weekly email instead of separate emails Expectations for those attending lessons remain the same as in the fall. All lessons are still *free*, so please sign up! Finally, we will also be offering an ****in person** option for those interested. This will be limited to current CMU students (sorry community members and alum), and you will be required to show your CMU ID. More details included in the sign-up form. Here is the link to sign up: https://forms.gle/L4VvyWvXup4H31Co8 More info about non-lesson related club plans will be sent out closer to the start of the semester.
