[CMUBDC] Ballroom Lessons - Week of 9/9

Hello Ballroom friends,

Today is the* first day of lessons*! So, that also means today's email is
much longer than usual... :( Bear with me please 🐻 . We have lots of fun
events coming up, so please check them out!

The *join form* is up! If you wish to take lessons with us, please *please

*Note:* I would like to point out that the emails will always have the*
same format*, starting with the Lessons Schedule for the week. I
*highlighted** the sections *for this weeks email to make the easy to find;
I will not do this in the future. There is an* important links section *to
check out if you do not want to read the whole email.

Furthermore, the *subject line *for the emails always have *[CMUBDC]* to
make the emails easy to find in your inbox.

We have a *club calendar* that has all the events and lesson times. I will
link these at the *end of the email* every week.

* Beginner dancers, if you are joining us for the first time, these lessons
are great for you! Salsa/Bachata are also great for beginner lessons. All

Upcoming Events and Announcements:

*Late Night *(Friday, September 13: 10:00PM - 1:00AM, UC - Black Chairs)

Join us at the UC Black Chairs for Late Night! We'll have free food,
showcases, a swing lesson as well as a professional salsa lesson! No
partner or experience needed! Only the want to have a fun night

*Newcomer Bootcamp* (Saturday, September 14 & Sunday, September 15: 12:30 -
3:30PM, UC - Activities Room)

Bootcamp continues this weekend! New dancers will get the rundown on all
the dances! As always, no partner, audition, experience, or special shoes
required! Just bring yourself to the activities room in the UC at 12:30.

*Fall Area 51 Social* (Saturday, September 21: 8:00 - 11:00PM, UC - Rangos
Ballroom)

CMU BDC Proudly Presents the Fall Social Series: AREA 51 DANCE NIGHT! Since
Pittsburgh is a little far from Area 51, join us for an out of this world
night of dance! Feel free to dress up as an alien for the dance! Dance the
night away with our own resident ballroom aliens in *Rangos* on Semptember
21th!!

*Apple Picking* (Saturday, September 28: 10:00AM - 6:00PM,  tbd)

We are going apple picking! Please *fill out this form* if you want to go,

*Pie Making* (Saturday, September 28: 6:00PM - 11:00PM, Qi's House)

After apple picking, we are going to make pies! We will be at Qi's house
starting at 6:00PM (I am not putting his address here, its on the form
