Hello everyone!

This e-mail is to let you all know of an opportunity to purchase your very
own ballroom shoes!

If you're interested please fill out the following form as soon as possible

If you would like to participate in this shoe order you must have filled
out this form and paid for these shoes by 11:59 on *Monday October 6th*.

If you have any questions about the order or which shoes to get please feel
free to e-mail me or stop by the front desk during lessons and ask any of
the officers.
