[CMUBDC] Reminder: Dance Shoe Sale!

Dear dancers,

Please note that the deadline for shoe orders and payments have been
extended until *11:59p Saturday, Sept 28*.

For those who have just been added to the mailing list, here are the shoe
order instructions again:

We will be placing an order with a vendor in China. These shoes will be $30
for the ladies on designs with no faux diamonds (ie, number 1368), $40 for
ladies WITH faux diamonds (ie, number 1446) , and $35 for men. Check out
the shoes at www.wujiedanceshoes.com and fill out the order form here: *

* If this is your first air of dance shoes, look at the instruction on top
of the form. These shoes generally arrive about a month later, and we will
distribute them at club lessons.

If you pick the second option, you MUST submit the form as well as the
payment by *Saturday, September 28, 11:59PM*. If you have not paid by that
time, your order *will not be placed*. To pay, you have four options:
- bring cash or check (made out to "Helen Chao") to weekday lessons or
weekend practices.
- PayPal me at h <tetyana_dol at hotmail.com>elenrchao at yahoo.com, but make
sure to send the payment as a *PERSONAL GIFT*. Otherwise PayPal keeps a
portion of the money, and that's not cool.
- Venmo me using helenrchao at yahoo.com.
