Monday Lessons!

[CMU Ballroom Dance Club]

Sorry for the double email, but similarly, *Silver and Bronze lessons* will
not be held as well on Monday night.
In addition, this *Wednesday during the 7:00pm~7:30pm *Newcomer technique
slot, instead of giving a regular lesson, *Christine *will be giving a
lecture which will include the following topics:

   - dancer's nutrition
   - health awareness
   - exercises to help with flexibility and injury prevention
