Hello, everyone!
As you may have heard, we are once again taking part in CMU Dance Marathon this year. It is a fun event with dancing, games, prizes, and performances, all proceeds from which go to charity. It will be held this Saturday, January 18, from 8PM to 2AM in the Gym at the UC. Some of our members are doing a performance at around 8:30PM, but as a club we are also forming a team to dance for charity and maybe even win some prizes. You don't need to know how to do ballroom or anything specific, or be a student - it's more like a dance party, and everybody is invited! For more information about this awesome event, and to register for participation, visit http://www.cmudm.com/ If you would like to join our funtastic team, write "CMU Ballroom Dance Club" in the team name at registration. If you decide to attend, please wear the CMUBDC tshirt, or another maroon/red shirt, if you can. Would be kinda cool if we all matched and represented our club :)
