Hello Dancers!

Lessons today are in Rangos, as follows:

5.30p Silver Standard (tryout required)
6.15p Bronze Standard (tryout required)
7.00p **Newcomer Standard (technique)**
7.30p Intermediate Argentine Tango
8.30p Beginner Jitterbug
9.30p Open Floor

**instead of giving a regular lesson during the Newcomer Standard
time, Christine will be giving a lecture which will include the
following topics:
dancer's nutrition
health awareness
exercises to help with flexibility and injury prevention**

Many of you have already purchased membership cards, and as an added
bonus... your CMUBDC membership card now allows you to share your love
of dance with others! You can bring ONE friend to a lesson during the
semester for FREE!
