Ballroom Survey!

Hello dancers!

We're coming to the end of this semester and are in the midst of planning for next semester and would love to hear your thoughts about lessons! We've handed out paper surveys during lessons, but we also have an online version you can fill out here:

Please note that we have one extra question on the online survey than the paper survey. We're considering moving the Intermediate lessons from 6 - 7 PM on Wednesday evenings, right before Beginner 1. If you have any preferences on this, either for or against, please feel free to fill out the survey even if you already have filled out a paper copy, or to email me and let us know.
