Arjuna Back Online

Hi All,

Arjuna is back online following an extensive update to Slurm and MPI. There
have been some changes to MPI on Arjuna, so if you are an MPI user, please
read the relevant documentation
<https://arjunacluster.github.io/ArjunaUsers/about/user_software.html>. As
usual following a downage, we have instituted a 64 CPU limit, which will be
raised to 128 CPUs in 24 hours and lifted in 48 hours.
