PSC Power Event II

Hi All,

It appears that Arjuna experienced another power event this morning at 4:17
EDT. This event does not appear to have been as severe as the one
experienced yesterday, however, many nodes are down as a result of it. The
queue is currently running so any running jobs are fine, however, you will
not be able to ssh into arjuna until further notice. I expect it will be
back up by noon.
