Power Outage at PSC Last night

Last night there was a power outage at PSC where Arjuna is hosted. This
means that the entire cluster went down and running jobs may have been
affected.

For the most part the cluster is up and running but some GPU nodes remain
down.

Let me know if you notice any residual issues that may have been caused by
this power outage.
