Change in partition names

All,


The name of the GPU partition has been changed from 'normal' to 'gpu' for
clarity and to ensure the account on Slurm will work properly. Please
modify your submission scripts to account for this.

Users from the Viswanathan and Lane groups may use:
#SBATCH -A gpu
#SBATCH -p gpu #this line is optional as there is only one partition linked
to this associations

Others who have access to the GPU nodes through Chemical Engineering may
use
#SBATCH -A gpu_cit
