Quick question. Just wondering - does anyone still teach Alice 2.x and what textbook do you use? We have used "Learning to Program with Alice" by Dann, Cooper, Pausch, but it is becoming increasingly harder to purchase new copies of the book as the book gets worn out and new ones are needed. And when you try to open what had always been the website for it ( https://aliceprogramming.net/ ), it no longer points to anything about the Alice language. I guess the character the student is trying to use isn?t a Biped. I would think you can combine turning the torso with a move down instruction in a doTogether block.
