I found several things that have caused issues with sound files. You want to
make sure the file name is short and that the file is an mp3 not mp4. In
addition, for some reason files I have downloaded off the internet do not
always work. Our workaround on a Mac has been to take it into Garageband and
then share it again. They are both mp3¹s but one plays and the other does
not. I hope this helps some.
