alice-teacher Not Saving

Hello,
This is my first year teaching Alice 2. For some reason, some of my
students are having issues when they open a saved file. The majority of
their work has disappeared. Is there an issue with the software itself, or
a server issue on our side? The students had saved their work on the
desktop instead of a flash drive.
