I'm having the same problems with exporting videos.

We are using Alice 2.4 on Windows 7, and yes, we have sound with our videos.

Does anyone know when Alice will be updating the Export video for those who want to create a video straight from Alice without having to download movie-maker etc?
Currently, the Export Video shows there is something in the Java language and the IT specialist for our department says it has to do with the code written on the back-end from those that created Alice.
