On possible, though not perfect solution, would be to use the Alice 2 test bank that is available at http://www.aliceprogramming.net <http://www.aliceprogramming.net/>. There are some Alice 2 specific questions, of course, but there are also a number of non-Alice questions at all, regarding basic programming fundamentals, and you would be able to modify many of the Alice 2 questions to Alice 3 with different screen shots.

Not perfect, as I said, but somewhat better than starting from scratch.
