It would be helpful to us if everyone experiencing these issues would send to us a description of the machine you are using, including the manufacturer and model, the OS version, the video card, the version of Java, amount of RAM.

Early on, in our experience, these problems occurred most often on Windows machines. It is only lately that we have started to receive reports on problems with the Mac. I personally use a MacBook Pro Retina using Yosemite and have not experienced this problem at all.

And so we cannot say that this is categorically a Mac or a Windows problem. It seems to be more related to video cards and drivers, but we cannot even say that for sure.

Thank you,
Don Slater

I have learned this at least by my experiment: that if one advances confidently in the direction of his dreams, and endeavors to live the life he has imagined, he will meet with a success unexpected in common hours.

One student realized that if he moved the camera so he could see outside the room and tried to move objects, it worked. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
