alice-teacher blank billboards Alice 3

[Heidi Kunselman]

This happened using the resource manager and just dragging the billboard
into the scene. We tried both png and jpg. We also tried different photos
and a smaller file size.
Im baffled. Were are running Alice 2 in my other classes on the same machine
, under different logins, and we have not had a problem loading the
billboards in that version .

Does he have problems with any image file, or just this particular file?
What format is the image file?

What happens when he tries to import the image directly as he builds the
billboard, instead of using the resource manager?
