alice-teacher Alice 2.4 Quad View

From Wanda Dann, director of the Alice project…

Add the statement camera.getAGoodLookAt(ground) with a 20 second duration... the ground is way up, up, up and away from
where the scene has been constructed.

Unfortunately, three of the Quad view panes (UpperRight, LowerLeft, and LowerRight) are pre-set to view the ground location from three different angles....
so all the camera sees in these three panes is white space...and it is too far away from the scene to ever zoom in correctly.

The fog settings, as Matjaz noted, also has an impact…

All the best,
Don Slater

I have learned this at least by my experiment: that if one advances confidently in the direction of his dreams, and endeavors to live the life he has imagined, he will meet with a success unexpected in common hours.
