I used Alice with a group of AIG 5thgraders I started with the Garfield
tutorial as an intro. http://www.alice.org/HourOfCode/introduction.html I
gave each pair a hard copy of the tutorial. Here is a small google slide
with links and info. Maybe you can use the tutorial as an intro.
