Use the water.a2w template. Change the opacity of the water to 50% or less and then add a ground to the world. Move the water up slowly. For storm or rain, you can add a billboard with those texture right in front of the camera. Again, change the opacity to 50% or less. Pick an image with clear raindrops and less background items.

Most of the objects are in the Gallery, so they are having a great time creating their stories! There is simulated storm and rain, in the environments and Properties, but how can we show that it is raining and it fill up to be as high as the ark?
