alice-teacher Teaching class in 4-5 weeks

HI all,
I have friend who is trying to teach an intro class to elementary and
middle school students on Introduction to Alice for the first time.
1. How would you go about doing this?
2. what are some of the topics to cover in that short period of time?
3. how much would you charge?
4. where can I get a sample syllabus and notes?

I need this information as soon as possible since my friend wants it as
soon as possible.
