Alice 2.4.2 fixes the problem we had previously with events not being responded to in Alice 2.4.
So far I've tried:
lab 2 and lab 4 - methods with parameters, using an object height to control a while loop setting an objects opaque property

lab 3 -Events: while the world is running, when a key is typed, while a key is pressed, calling a method from within an event.

lab 5 - random number, "ask user for a number"
lab 6 - "ask user for a string", "ask user for a number", "a joined with b", "what as a string"

lab 8 - object lists, "for all together", "for all in order", "while the world is running", calling a method from within an event.

I did notice a problem I've seen with other versions of Alice 2:
Every once in a while the world functions "ask user for a string" and "ask user for a number" fail to let the user enter the string or number. No curser appears within the textbox and the only key that seems to respond is the enter key. When this happens within a program that contains both functions neither responds. Both act as if the default values were entered, default string and 1.

I can re-"play" the program and it acts normally, which makes it very hard to isolate the problem. The problem only happens rarely. Say once every 30 runs.
