alice-teacher Alice student problem

Hi All,

I have a student having a problem installing Alice 3. I Skyped with him last night and we walked through the install of Java (32 bit version) and using the universal install for Alice (just unzipping the file) and he is still getting this problem (see attached). He rebooted after all was installed and still nothing. Any ideas?
