alice-teacher fix for 2.3 not loading on win7

Recently there was a software update. This caused the same problem. did you or someone do that update on your computer, or does your computer automatically do updates? If so, delete it, and (if you have a registry cleaner also use that to get rid of any old stuff) then download the version that is now there, extract it and run that. You can also place the current version on a flash drive and run it from there. Oh, and it may help to do a cold boot as well before doing the new install
