This summer we are offering several workshops for Alice. For all workshops, participants will work with nationally recognized experts in Alice. These workshops will develop an understanding of Alice and teaching methods suitable for introducing programming with Alice.

Alice 3: there are two Alice 3 workshop that will be held at Walt Disney World in Orlando, both of which is focused on Alice 3.1 with a transition to Java. The first workshop is for high school and college instructors, from July 7 (arrival day) - 11 (departure day). The participants are responsible for extra nights (at conference room costs) at the resort, their dinners, park tickets, and costs for guest who accompany them. They may share their room with guests at an additional fee of $25 / night for every guest over 18. Guests under 18 may stay in the room at no additional charge. The dates for this workshop are July 7 (arrival day) - 11 (departure day).

Alice 2: We are offering an Alice 2 workshop at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh. We sought funding to help with participant costs, and were only able to secure funding to house participants on the Carnegie Mellon campus.
