alice-teacher Alice 3.1 on an RM network

HI Don,

Think I have found the problem, as we use a RM network here the Students
do not have permission to open EXEs and as Alice 3.1 opens cmd.exe to
run the Java I think that’s where the problem is for me. Going to be
interesting to see how i can get round this.
