alice-teacher Game Program Question

I have a student who want to create a bowling game. He added the bowling pin object and then created a list for the individual pins. He wants a user to be able to roll a bowling ball and have the pins disappear if the ball is within a certain distance of them. Does anyone have any suggestions for the code?
