Thank you for the suggestion. We cannot download or change files on the hard drive, so that leaves me putting in a technology request file.

I may be stating the obvious but did you try to download a fresh copy of Alice 2.3 from the alice.org website to see if it worked OK?
My guess is that you May have a shared gallery and that the "class bunny" file somehow got corrupted which would affect all workstations using that file.
If so, a new copy of Alice would not show that behavior and you would want whoever maintains the shared gallary replace the corrupted file(s) with a new good copy. The files from the Alice you just downloaded would be a likelycandidate.

I have use the Alice Essentials Tutorial from the Duke website as a first 'project' in Alice to help my kids get their feet wet for a while now and never had any problems, but this week it seems the articulated head in the bunny from the animals gallery is missing. The problem is appearing on multiple machines, including my teacher pc, so I don't think it's a case of local student sabotage. Does anyone have any idea what might be going on? I don't want to request our district technology department to reinstall the software if that isn't going to fix the issue. I am definitely open to suggestions.
Thanks,
Deborah L. Moran
