alice-teacher Trouble with Alice on my computer

We are using Alice 2.0 (newer versions don't work with the way our network is mapped-something to do with 64bit machines...) and it works fine on the student computers but when I open it, I see this:

Our computers were recently upgraded.  Does anyone know what I need to tell my Tech team on how to fix this?
