alice-teacher installation problem

Hi,
I just got new computers in my lab. I asked the tech department to install Alice. It worked fine until they added the computers to our network. After that I got an error message (see the attached screenshot) and Alice failed to load. We are running Windows 7 on Dell computers. Do you know what the problem is?
