alice-teacher This application has failed to start because the application sonfiguration is incorrect.

Hi,
I've just install on new Acer (emachine), Pentium, dual core, 2GHz, 3GBRAM,
Win XP SP3, Alice 2.2. I got message *This application has failed to start
because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the
application may fix the problem.*
Can someone help what to do? Alice works fine on other machines, but not on
this.
