alice-teacher Installing example worlds for the 12-1-11 release of Alice 2.2

We're installing the Dec 1, 2011 Alice 2.2 release on some "new" donated 
PCs, but we're not sure which files we need need to copy over from the 
earlier release, so that we have all the example worlds.  Has anyone 
already done this and created a listing of the necessary files?  I'm 
just hoping to save some time...
