What happened to kids being motivated by a sense of accomplishment for a job 
well done...It is disappointing that as role models we feel compelled to enable 
and encourage a sense of something is only worth doing if you have a tangible 
reward...

I know my kids would be MUCH more likely to win if they get prizes. A $50 
MasterCard gift card would be a HUGE motivator for them.
