alice-teacher problems with saving on network drive

For those of you who are experiencing difficulty saving Alice worlds on your network… See the message below from our support team…

> Please help us understand the problem better by providing us more information on how to recreate this error. We are doing some testing, and are not able to make Alice crash.

> Can you please send us a screen shot of the error?
> When saving to a network drive, did you navigate into the drive before clicking save or simply just naming the file something like s:\file.a2w?
> Can you try saving into a folder in your network drive?
> Are you able to continue with Alice after encountering the error, or is all your work gone?
