alice-teacher easier project ideas

Hello everyone, I teach the Alice course as a entry level course to my AP Java class.  I currently had one student placed in my class that is somewhat higher functioning special ed student.  I do not have any materials for this student to use.  I was thinking maybe the middle school teachers that use Alice may have some great project ideas I would be very greatful.  Thanks in advance.
