You can get free models from a source called TurboSquid. There are many free amazing models on that site. You would need a program called 3DsMax to convert them into ASE (the format necessary to use in Alice). You can use 3DsMax to create your own models as well. The program is free to educators who register for an account with AutoDesk for a period of one year. After that year, you can download the newest version of the program again for free. There are some tutorials at http://www.theeastfamily.net/tutorials/alicetutorials.html if these procedures interest you.
