Disney Educational Productions has produced "Randy Pausch: The Last Lecture Classroom Edition [Interactive DVD] (2007)", selling for $8.99 on Amazon. I have not looked at it myself, and I do not know if it will suit your needs, but it is probably worth exploring. There are also used copies available.
Also, if you search on YouTube, you may find the original Wall Street Journal video report that kicked the who thing off. Also on YouTube you will find "The Last Lecture - reprised" a 10 minute presentation that he gave on Oprah. If you check with the Wall Street Journal or Oprah's company, they may have copies that you could use.
Please feel free to let me know if you have any other questions.
All the best,
Don Slater
