Hello Folks:

Thank you for your comments regarding my previous questions. I have good
news, my student contacted a Korean tech support guy and he was able to fix
this app. As I understand, all he did for her was to install Alice in a
different folder than the default folder of the installation processs.  So
she's good to go.

However, I and other students still face bugs sometimes when running the
program. Alice seems to spontaneously shut down or give bug errors often.

I will try the recommendations given by the members of the community.
