alice-teacher Request for materials

Hi all 
I am doing a case study experiment by integrating the novice programmers to Alice . Kindly , if anyone has a good materials for all the contents of the book " learning to program with Alice" ( Demos, ppt lectures, labs projects ) any thing useful to help me introduce Alice, please send it to me and  I would be so thankful .  
PS: the version of Alice is 2.2
