alice-teacher Grounds in Alice

We created a superGround.a2c that has all the grounds in it. We also created
a tutorial that shows you how to fade out to black and how to fade in so
you can create worlds that have scenes with multiple backgrounds. 
Start with a water scene, fade to black, change to a different ground and
fade back in with a dessert scene.
